Not much surf and walking is one best ways to exercise
Not much doing surfwise today, or for the immanent future to be exact. A small swell for the week maybe increasing a little towards the weekend. Narrowneck, as you can see is a good place to walk this Morning. There is a little wave happening on the open beaches, but you will need a largish board to have some fun.
