Thought we would venture up the Northern end of the Goldie this Morning. 14 degrees at about 6am, pretty good temp considering winter is only moments away.
The weekend obviously brought the Coast some large swell with a fair bit of pounding along the beaches causing more scarping. You can see in the below pic a fair bit of debris washed up here at the Spit so be careful once again.
There are a few waves rolling in but it is looking very messy at the moment. We are expecting some more southerlies to blow this way later today so you are best off doing the paddle over the Seaway or hitting the southern points.
