Well the Burleigh Breaka Pro is underway and things are heating up in the comp.

Did you ever stop to think just how good it is to be a spectator at this sport? Burleigh is like a natural sports stadium. You have the action on the water, and all the spectators mingle on the hill, or rocks with unobstructed views looking down at the competitors…. What’s more, is that it’s FREE! That’s right. Unlike other sporting events where you need to fork out big bucks to take a family for a few hours, at a surf comp you can just show up and kick back watching for free with your fam and mates.

And, just to top it off, you can get up close with your favourites as they run in and out of the surf. Not too many (if any) sports are this accessible.
