The recent rain was a blessing in disguise for the surf, it managed to keep the wind down and the conditions relatively glassy for the most part of the weekend. The cloud cover also kept the weather cooler with max temps of around 24-25C, water temp was not far of this either.
More rain and showers are forecast this week with some strong southerlies early, this should increase the swell however at this point, it looks like it will settle down a little towards the weekend….
