It’s a beautiful day to have a public Holiday for the Gold Coast today. No wind, magnificent Sunrise and lovely blue skies, only thing missing here is the surf. Another lay day. Forecast is for a little bit more swell to come our way over the next few days so lets keep our fingers crossed for that. If you cannot wait then grab yourself the fattest board you can get your hands on and go for a paddle, cause as it is, it is still nice to get out there.

Saturday on the Gold Coast was a great day for surfing. Not big but just enough to keep everyone happy with nice easy sets coming through on the Points and open beaches. Water temp was not too bad either. Still a little cool for me and my feet started going numb after about 40-45 mins but still bearable. The Sun was shining Saturday as well so that helped to make for quite a nice day.
Below are some pics from Snapper and Burleigh.
